  • Booking is easy! Contact our friendly team via our Contact Us page on our website or send them a DM via our socials! We would love to hear from you.

  • We proudly serve Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and the wider Hawke's Bay region. Just reach out to us, if you are outside these key areas (an additional fee may apply).

  • Book early to secure your preferred date and avoid missing out on popular slots.

  • Each package features carefully curated luxury soft play equipment. Check out Our Packages page for details.

  • Each package will vary and is clearly stated on Our Packages pages. Please ensure if you add more items, you allocate more space as required.

  • Absolutely! Our packages are perfect for both indoor and outdoor set ups. But we do suggest having a backup option for outdoor parties, incase the weather gods don't play kind.

  • Our packages include a set hire duration (generally 4.00 hours) with the option to extend for an additional cost. Just talk to our team - they’re happy to help!

  • Absolutely! Choose from our range of Add-Ons to make your child's party extra special.

  • Evalasting Play is designed for young explorers aged 0 - 5, prioritising safety.

  • Yes, we provide free delivery within a 30km radius (from Napier) and handle the set up and pack down for your convenience. Arrival time will be discussed based on the package size, but allow approximately 30-60 minutes to set up and once your party is finished, we will arrive to pack up our equipment.

  • Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your date. Due to demand, we cannot hold your booking - to be fair, it's a FIFS basis... So get in quick and secure your date! The outstanding amount is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Yes, we ask for a bond of 20% of your total hire costs. This will need to be paid 7 days prior to your event. This shows how much we care for our equipment and we hope you do the same too! We will refund your bond 7 days following the event, once all checks are done.

  • No worries! While we hope for perfect weather, it's always wise to have an indoor backup plan ready just incase (this will ensure a fantastic celebration rain or shine). But in the scenario where an indoor option isn’t available on the day - you will have the option to receive a credit or refund (but the deposit is non-refundable).

  • Not at all! As parents ourselves, we take hygiene seriously! There are no cutting corners when it comes to providing thoroughly cleaned and wiped down equipment... Even the balls get individual treatment!
